Being a mid-career non-profit management professional, I have had many years of experience, and before meeting Rudy Racine, I felt that my career was plateauing and needed to figure out new ways to align my desire with my future career aspirations.

Rudy Racine and I met every Monday for a year to discuss my career, goals and how I was progressing with managing my business affairs. We consider such things as my professional opportunities, career change, performance management, and career advancement techniques that I believe were on the cutting edge as well as other options to increase my chances of career advancement.

Rudy was always professional willing to listen and be truthful and stretched me as a professional in ways that have helped me reach higher career goals. Through our weekly meetings, he assisted me with enhancing my leadership skills that improved my impact and influence, made possible the successful transition to my new role within a company that I fit in with culturally, and heightened my capacity in executing and interaction with teams I supervise.
I have since assumed the role as a Program Director for a DYCD Career and Education Program, and after three months as a Program Director, I was promoted to Assistant Division Director. Rudy Racine has been instrumental in supporting me in my professional goals and feel that my future look bright.
